I mix using in ears as my room is not treated (nor will it ever be if Mrs Guido has her way!!!). I get good result using these so happy to continue.

It's very easy to fill a room full of lovely kit which never gets used. I have been as guilty of this as the next man. Nowadays, I like to have a small setup where everything gets used fully.

I can't help thinking that a control surface would be a good addition. Nice but not essential though.

So what is your 'can't do without' bit of kit?
